You may have heard heath is wealth, but ever pondered why is it said to be wealth? Because wealth is a possession , something we value the most. The reason health is compared to wealth is because we need to value our health the same way we value our possessions and money. Today we will be telling you few ways to be mentally and physically healthy. Mental illness matters too because if your mind doesn’t function properly you won’t be able to perform your daily tasks.
Here are some ways to be healthy:
Don’t skip breakfast:

Skipping your morning meal is the worst thing you can do to yourself. Our whole metabolism depends on the breakfast. If you are in a hurry and want something to grab to eat , you can opt for a granola bar or a snack but never skip your breakfast as it is a big no-no health wise.
Get close to nature:

Go out, get fresh air, go on a hike, go for a jog or walk but get close to nature. Going out in the fresh air releases happy endorphin that means a positive feeling is created in your mind. You don’t feel tired and will have a positive approach towards life with a fresh mind.
Workout:

When it comes to health you cannot ignore working out. Create a simple workout regime and follow it keenly. Bring variations into your exercise. Switch up your routine, some days work out on machines and other days just simply exercise but don’t skip working out.
Take balanced diet:

Don’t forget to eat a balanced diet and in proportions. The accurate way is to eat healthy and at least 5 times a day. And also not forget, drink lots of water and add on fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Get your beauty sleep:

You know as they say getting your beauty sleep is very important. Getting almost 8 hours of sleep for an adult is a must, sleep deprivation has surprising effects on your body among which heart attack is common. Therefore, getting a proper routine sleep is not only important for beauty but also for mental peace and stability.
