Another Death Linked to TikTok

How many more lives will be lost while trying to fulfill these TikTok challenges? When will people realize that it's just not worth it?

A 22-year-old man was hit by a train while filming a video for TikTok at Jumma Goth railway station. The deceased was accompanied by his friends, who are safe and sound. He was running on the train tracks while filming and got hit by a train. He suffered a brain injury and was immediately shifted to the hospital in critical condition. However, he could not survive and passed away.

While TikTok is a great way to pass time, it has also become an addiction for many teens and adults alike. This addiction isn’t just in South Asia and can be found in other parts of the world. During lockdown, it has become even more popular. Many are forced to stay at home and have nothing else to do. But this addiction is taking many lives as people go out of their way to create such videos.

There have been many other incidents as well. Another boy lost his life while riding a bike and making a TikTok video. The video somehow got leaked and it was brutal. But that didn’t stop many from making dangerous decisions. There are many deaths linked to this video shooting app and people need to realize that it’s just not worth it.

Yes, it can be a great way to enjoy your leisure time but is it worth going out of your way? Maybe I’m not the appropriate person on comment on it but I feel like it’s just way too overrated.
