This year’s 2021 AMA was a heck of a rollercoaster from Zoe Wee’s emotional performance to Jenifer Lopez performing ‘On My Way’ for the first time to several stars walking down the red carpet in their A-game dresses.
BTS beat Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Olivia Rodrigo, and Drake in the biggest Artist of The Year category in the award show, with the help of the infamous BTS Army. Along with that BTS was voted as the AMA favorite pop group and BTS song Butter was voted as the AMA Best Song of the Year leaving behind the Doja Cat, Dua Lip, Olivia Rodrigo, The Weeknd, and Ariana Grande.
At the AMA award show, BTS performed the ‘My Universe’ single with Coldplay and closed the show with a performance of ‘Butter’.
