India and China have been in bitter relation for a couple of weeks or so. These bitter relations might not affect China, but India might be affected by it. The Chinese Army is greater in size as well as technology. However, both countries are equipped with nuclear power, which poses a threat to both countries. China, being an exporter of several different products, has India in a deficit of $56.8 Billion. Now with that, China’s two projects OBOR and CPEC, are known worldwide and Pakistan has been a huge part of it. CPEC hasn’t taken India under the map, but Kolkatta does lie in OBOR.

If the relations between the two countries move towards more negativity, the economic relations might come to an end. And this won’t be really good for India, as they heavily rely on China, mostly on low costing goods. Also, if the relations turn actually sour, India might have to withdraw from OBOR.
Modi, as to maintain the situation, first told how angry and hurt the country is. However, later Modi said, “Nobody has intruded into our border, neither is anybody there now, nor have our posts been captured”. It is kind of true, because Indian Soldiers intruded the border and brought bitterness into the relations.
Nevertheless, the sentiments for China in India have gone sour. As many are aware that China supports Pakistan, they already have that hatred for China. It is now to see how the relations go on between the two countries. Bitterness can also cause harm to Pakistan’s position at the moment.
