  3. 50g mixed seeds
  4. 50g raisins
  5. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  8. 50ml vegetable oil
  9. 100ml maple syrup
  10. milk or yoghurt

 

Recipe:

Step 1

Pre heat the oven to 180/160 fan gas 4. Then you take out an oven tray and a put a baking sheet on it. This prevents the granola from sticking to the tray and becomes easier to take out.

Step 2

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then whisk your almond extract, vegetable oil and maple syrup in a jug. Then pour that mixture into your bowl filled with the dry ingredients and mix it well.

Step 3

Pour the mixture onto the baking tray and spread it out well. Then put it into an oven for about 25-30 minutes until it becomes golden. You have to give the mixture a good couple of turns every 8 to 10 minutes. This is too help ensure that it dries out evenly and does not get to sticky.

  3. 50g sesame seeds
  4. 50g sunflower seeds
  5. 125ml sunflower oil
  6. 100ml runny honey
  7. Half of a 170g packet of dried berries and cherries

Step 1

Pre heat the oven to 190/170 fan gas 5. Halve some of the pecans and mix it with peanuts, oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.

Step 2

Then measure the oil in a jar and pour it into the bow. Similarly you measure the honey and pour it into the bowl. After that you stir the mixture with a fork and try breaking the big clumps of oats.

Step 3

Pour into a wide baking tray and put it into the oven. You let it bake for a good 20-25 minutes. Once it turns golden, take it out and pour the mixture into a bowl and leave it to cool down for a bit.
