Pakistani cricket has been waiting for an international arrival since a long time. Our grounds have been devoid of that shouts and screams of sixes and fours, but we think that it isn’t going to be the case anymore. The good, in fact great news is that, Najam Sethi has announced a 14 man International players squad that would be arriving in Pakistan for a three-day cricket match series.
The series called “Independence Cup will be scheduled in Lahore, and will be held in some dates in September. So, who would be leading this epitome of cricket geniuses? Here you go:

South African cricketer Faff Du Plesis will be captaining the World XI, while the other players include Hashim Amla, David Miller, Morne Morkel and Imran Tahir from South Africa. West Indian cricketers Sammy and Samuel Badree are also a part of the team. And this is not all, Paul Collingwood, Tamim Iqbal, Tim Paine, Grant Elliot, George Bailey and Thisara Pererra will also be seen in action at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
