Her Majesty The Queen has released a statement where she mentions that the discussions were very constructive. Prince Harry and Meghan’s news of leaving has been called a ‘period of transition’ by Her Majesty The Queen. There has been no further news regarding this matter, and it also states this issue to be ‘complex’ hence, it’s still in the process of being resolved.
“It has therefore been agreed that there will be a period of transition in which the Sussexes will spend time in Canada and the UK.”
She also added:
“These are complex matters for my family to resolve, and there is some more work to be done, but I have asked for final decisions to be reached in the coming days.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made headlines ever since they announced to step back from their senior royal positions. They made it clear that they wanted to become financially independent and will also split their time between the UK and North America. It came as a shock to many when they chose Canada instead of the US.
It shouldn’t be that surprising because she has been very vocal about her thoughts regarding trump. She has previously mentioned that she will not return to the US until Trump is in office. Hence, her decision to make Canada her ‘second home’ seemed quite predictable. However, the couple is planning to move to the US if Trump is no longer in office.

It mentions different scenarios and comments that were made on either Meghan Markle or her son. It’s quite an eye-opener for many as the harsh reality of the British media has been unveiled.
