Test of Shaheen 1A Ballistic Missile Went Successfully
A test trial was conducted for the surface-to-surface ballistic missile on Thursday in Islamabad and it went successfully.
On Thursday a test for Shaheen 1A surface-to-surface ballistic missile was conducted in Islamabad and it went quite successfully.

According to Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), the test was carried to re-validate the new technology and design specifications added to the Shaheen 1A ballistic missile.
The Strategic Plans Divison director-general congratulated the engineers and scientists who worked on the alterations of the Shaheen 1A on the successful trial of the missile. He appreciated the dedication, commitment, and technical expertise of all the people who worked on it.
The trial of the Shaheen 1A missile was witnessed by several important people involved like the Strategic Plans Division’s Director General Lt Gen Nadeem Zaki Manj, NESCOM chairman Dr. Raza Samar, Commander of Army Strategic Forces Command Lt Gen Mohammad Ali, and several scientists and engineers of strategic organizations.
The prime minister, president, service chiefs, and chairman joint chief of staff committee also congratulated the engineers and scientists who worked hard and dedicated months to achieving these alterations in the Shaheen 1A missile.
