So, the exercise that is going to help you lose extra fat, saggy belly, and get healthier is ‘Planks’. Planks are a cardio movement, but you need to be exact in your posture else it is not going to work. You might even damage your muscles from the continuous wrong posture.

Here is how you can make the most out of your four minute workout:
Get In Straight Line:
Your body should be in straight line from head to heels. Do not bulge or dip, but be straight in an exact position.
Elbows at a 90-Degree Angle:
Put your weight on your toes and forearms, without pressuring any other part of the body. This way your elbows will be exacted to the 90-degree angle position, which is the right way to be in a planks mode.
Bring Feet Closer:
Bring your feet closer and adjust the space between them. Do not strain yourself, but rather be comfortable while doing so. It will help your abs to be engaged more.
Breathe Properly:
You have no idea how much your breathing can be important during exercise. Breathe slowly and rhythmically, it will help you hold a plank longer with improved results.
