As India faces deadly repercussion of the pandemic with a dire need for oxygen concentrators due to an exponential rise in positive cases, Twinkle Khanna has managed to arrange for 100 oxygen concentrators to come in from India directly from the United Kingdom.
Turning to her Twitter, Twinkle Khanna requested people to suggest reliable organisations and registered NGOs who could aid in distributing the oxygen concentrators to those in dire need in India

“Please give me leads of a verified, reliable, registered NGO who will help distribute 100 oxygen concentrators,” Twinkle Khanna asked on her Twitter. “(Supplies up to 4L/min of oxygen) that will be sent directly from the UK to them.”
Encouraging others to play their part in helping India heal from this crisis, Twinkle Khanna said it would be a proud and wholesome moment to look back on once the pandemic is over in India.
“I think for the last few weeks with members of my own family ill I have been in a bit of a hole. But I couldn’t stay there for long,” Twinkle Khanna wrote on her Instagram. “I implore all of you in your own way to do whatever you can so we can look back at this bleak moment and at least say it took the worst but it brought out the best in all of us.”
“Wonderful news — Dr Drashnika Patel and Dr Govind Bankani of London Elite Health through Daivik Foundation are donating 120 oxygen concentrators and as Akshay Kumar and I have managed to get our hands on 100 as well, we have a total of 220. Thank you for the leads. Let’s all do our bit,” Twinkle Khanna penned.
Akshay and Twinkle Khanna arent the only Bollywood stars who have stepped forward to help India. Star Ayushman Khurana and his wife Tahira stepped up and contributed to the Covid relief fund among the many others who are trying to get India out of this tragedy.
