Varun Dhawan Speaks Up On His Act With Gigi Hadid At the Opening of NMACC
Internet users criticised the Bollywood star Varun Dhawan for scooping up and kissing supermodel, Gigi Hadid, on the cheek.
Recently, everyone has been talking about the opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai. The top names in the field, some of whom made the transition from Hollywood, were present. Fusions are exhilarating, but Indian internet users were “embarrassed” by Bollywood star Varun Dhawan’s performance at the gala, during which he scooped up supermodel Gigi Hadid on stage, twirled her around, and kissed her cheek before putting her back down. Dhawan has now reacted and claimed that everything was pre-written.
On Twitter, Varun responded to the criticism by writing, “I guess today you woke up and decided to be woke. Let me burst your bubble and tell you it was planned for her to be onstage so find a new Twitter cause to vent about rather than going out and doing something about things. Good morning.”
The actor, Varun Dhawan, summoned Hadid on stage during the event’s second day and spun her in the middle of her act. Before she left the stage, he kissed her on the cheek. Twitter users brought up the subject of permission since they felt that this assertive behaviour was wrong.

People on Twitter have been calling out Varun Dhawan since that stunt and claiming that he embarrassed all the Indians.

It seems that not everything is as it seems. “Varun Dhawan making my Bollywood dreams come true,” Hadid titled the footage that she had shared earlier on her Instagram story.
In addition to that, she also gave the actor additional green light by following him on Instagram.
That’s when some Twitter users zoomed in and saw Gigi Hadid’s reaction after being twirled by Varun.

Another Twitter user focused on how epic the moment was between Hollywood and Bollywood and posted “Varun Dhawan twirling Gigi Hadid is the real multiverse of madness.”
