Adele’s Transformation Leaves Everyone Awestruck

Adele posts a picture of herself on her birthday after a long break. Her snatched waist shows her insane transformation and everyone's awestruck.

I’m sure you all know the singer of Hello and Rolling in the Deep. It’s none other than the gorgeous and melodious Adele. However, people focused more on her appearance than her voice and singing skills. Adele has received many awards for her work as an artist but the body-shaming never really stopped. It felt like people cared more about her looks.

To be honest, these internet trolls always find a way to get to you no matter what. Considering her situation, it seems as if Adele really took some comments to her heart. On her social media, she has hardly posted any pictures of herself that would show her complete body. So, she recently posted a picture of herself on social media on her birthday.

Let me tell you that the internet went crazy. Yes, she has lost so much weight and her waist is snatched. She has shed a lot more than you actually think. Even I could recognize her at first glance because her transformation is totally epic and worthy of praise. Not that there was anything wrong with her before but she just feels much more confident in her own skin now. She looks happy and feels comfortable. I could tell all of this just by looking at the one picture.

Adele wrote:

“I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels. 2020 okay bye thanks x.”

I really want to talk about body shaming over here and how it affects any sane person. Whether you’re normal, underweight or overweight, you cannot escape these body-shaming comments. The act of body shaming itself is such a stressful one because it takes you 10 seconds to pass a rude comment but it can take someone else 10 years to overcome it.

Remember the 10 second rule the next time you’re passing comments. If you think someone can fix something in under 10 second, then point it out otherwise scratch the idea. For example, if you see someone has something stuck in their teeth, that’s something you can remove within ten seconds. So, it’s safe to proceed and tell them about it. But if it’s something like acne, you know that it won’t take 10 seconds to remove it. Hence, it’s better to not point it out because you never know how that person might be feeling about their acne.

The same has happened with Adele too over the years. She kept her safe distance from social media and we hardly saw her on different occasions only. It’s so important to be humble and considerate in life because you never know which comment might really hurt someone and ruin their self-esteem for god knows how long. I’m glad Adele is back though, more power to her.
