Jibran Nasir to run for NA, PS seat from Karachi in upcoming general elections

Human rights dissident and legal advisor Jibran Nasir has chosen to contest the upcoming general decisions from Karachi.

Nasir affirmed that he would record his selection papers for NA-247 and PS-11 as an autonomous competitor.

The human rights activist stated, “I am filing nomination papers for the national and provincial seats but will eventually contest from one seat when the campaign officially starts as per election schedule.”

“The legislative issues today has been limited to identities because of which the general population issues and ideological governmental issues have taken a secondary lounge,” he included.

Nasir is directly part of the legitimate group in a few cases including the Khadija Siddiqui case and the Naqeebullah killing case.

Nasir was additionally seeking after an interest against Lal Masjid’s pastor Abdul Aziz.

“The voting demographic is home to all tenants and with a specific end goal to work for its aggregate welfare, it is vital that each gathering is spoken to,” he included.
