Actor Ahmad Ali Akbar won an award for the category of Best Actor at the Washington DC South Asian Film Festival, for his film Laal Kabootar.
The actor took to Instagram to share the news and honestly, we’re thrilled. Represent boy!

Laal Kabootar is a movie revolving around two characters, brought together due to certain circumstances. A woman seeking for her reporter husband’s murderer, and a man wanting to make quick money to get out of the country.
The movie was released earlier this year in March.
