AMPAK to Help People Fight Battle Against COVID-19
America-Pakistan Business Development Forum is helping people fight COVID-19 by spreading awareness and distributing health Kits in different areas of Karachi.
Life isn’t easy nowadays. The unexpected take over of COVID-19 all around the globe has slowed down human productivity all of a sudden. And the increasing deaths have cast a shallow cloud on each and every person. The deaths, the cases and the issues have made us aware of the certainties of life. And during these harsh times, there are many organizations that are putting themselves at risk to help others. Especially, those who are in need, need help from those who are privileged enough.
For those, America-Pakistan Business Development Forum, a.k.a AMPAK, has been doing a great deal of work lately. DC East Fayyaz Khan & Asst. Commissioner Dhadhan Khan along with AMPAK’s team distributed face masks & gloved between daily wagers. Daily wagers include fruit sellers, shopkeepers, and local people residing in that area. However, those who were working were the priority as they are more prone to catching the virus and further spreading it.
According to Co-Founder and Secretary General Syed Nasir Wajahat & Aman Peer “We are thankful. We are very thankful to all our partners and brands, especially Coca Cola, who came forward and supported the cause. Furthermore they did make this campaign successful too”. Furthermore, Chairman AMPAK, Zeeshan Altaf Lohya has also been participating in the campaign, efficiently. Regardless, he has been highly engaged in Ration Drives in which, almost 100 ration bags have been distributed amongst needy families.
Nevertheless, seeing the endless efforts of AMPAK, Commissioner Karachi Iftikhar Shalwani, and other Govt. Officials appreciated their work and showed complete support in the coming future. We hope AMPAK keeps serving people the same way and keeps learning the trust people have ensured in them.
