Bangladesh Tours Pakistan Once Again

Bangladesh is on tour to Pakistan and the fans are quite excited about it. Pakistan is set to play all three formats against the coming team. As per the decision, Pakistan will play three T20, two test and one ODI match against Bangladesh. All the six matches will be held in Pakistan only. The tickets were sold off and the first T20 match between the two on 24th January attracted huge crowd.

The match was an exciting one where Pakistan was led by Babar Azam. On the other hand, Bangladesh had Mahmudullah as their captain. Bangladesh gave a target of 141 to Pakistan. Here M. Nasim scored the highest runs of 43 off 41 balls. Shaheen, Shadab and Haris took three wickets each. On the other hand Shoaib Mailk scored the highest for Pakistan, by scoring 58 off 45. Here Shafi ul Islam took two wickets, whereas Mustafez, Al-Amin Hoesein and Aminul Islam took one wicket each. Pakistan won the match by 5 wickets.

It is good to see that cricket is coming home at last. We, the Pakistanis, were really desperate to see cricket come home. And no doubt over the fact, that Lahore welcomes cricket more happily than Karachiites. Well, last time cricket took place in Karachi, the stadium was quite empty. We hope this thing doesn’t happen this time when the one and only ODI is played in Karachi. If it has come home at last, we should be welcoming to it.
