Bykea Adds Rider’s Temperature Visibility on App
However, looking at most people's reactions, Bykea adding the rider's temperature on app may not be as successful in real life as it may have seemed on the paper.
As several businesses are beginning to operate again, Bykea has also restarted some of its services (Delivery, Mart and Cash) during the COVID-19 pandemic; however this time, the company has also added a new feature on their app. From now on, Bykea will show the rider’s temperature on the app.

People’s Reaction to Bykea’s Temperature Addition in App
Looking at most people’s reactions, it seems that this addition may not be as successful in real life as it may have seemed on the paper. Many are skeptical about whether the temperature is fake or how it would be measured?
Sorry to say but this looks like a lame marketing stunt to gain lost consumer confidence. Do you actually take responsibility of the rider’s temp being accurately measured and being authentic? To me it all looks vague and unnecessary. Thumbs down

Furthermore, they had appealed to the government to let people on motorbikes assist in providing relief across the country:
