With the rapid rise in pollution, and global warming it has affected our planet drastically. It is essential that every one of us go green to combat this!
There is no better time than now to take responsibility for our actions and hold ourselves accountable for them. The world is slipping into a slow death, and the need to go green has never been needed more. We are suffocating the planet, by damaging the ozone layer and not giving a care in the world about it.
In a country like Pakistan; it is operating on pollution, toxic emissions, and whatnot. What we need to realize is that the need to conserve energy and preserve the environment and go green has never been more imminent. The country is already on the brink of overpopulation, with the increase in the usage of vehicles and the toxic fumes they exert we are simply depleting our natural resources.
Moreover, as globalization takes over the world and encourages the setting up of new businesses, it has contributed considerably to the increase in air pollution and overall pollution in the country. This is why we must go green and choose efficient alternatives instead of dumping chemical waste in the rivers, and spilling oil into the sea.
Additionally, an important factor to consider is the biodegradability of the waste we dump; as we all know plastic and polytene take ages to decompose or don’t decompose at all, this, in turn, affects our wildlife, the environment, and also adds to the number of pollution. The advantage of going green is that you can cut the nonbiodegradable items out of your life and adopt healthier and greener alternatives
Going green is probably what the world needs the most right now, our planet needs us to wake up and take responsibility for our choices and actions. If not done now, we will soon run out of time. The ozone layer must not be damaged any further, the world needs help, it needs you.
