Forbes Highest Paid Celebrity: Kylie Jenner
Forbes released their list of highest paid celebrities and Kylie Jenner managed to top the list with an earning of $590 million.
Forbes recently announced its list of the world’s highest-paid celebrities of 2020 and Kylie Jenner, socialite, model, businesswoman, and social media sensation clung to one of the top slots.
Generating $590 million, Kylie Jenner’s income came from selling a 51% stake in her cosmetics firm, Kylie Cosmetics to Coty in January.
“While Kylie Jenner had exaggerated over the years about the size of her business, the money she pulled in from the deal was real, enough to rank as one of the biggest celebrity cashouts of all time,” reported the American business publication.
As Kylie Jenner topped the list, her brother-in-law, Kanye West followed her in second place by $170 million. Who collected most of his earnings from his Yeezy sneakers collection deal with Adidas. Coming third, was Roger Federer with a net worth of $106.3 million, being the first tennis player to earn the top position amongst athletes on the list.
Along with Kylie Jenner, the list also featured famous actors Ryan Reynolds, who came 18th with a net worth of $71.5 million and Billie Eilish at 43rd with a net worth of $53 million, as well as Jerry Seinfeld who came 46th at a net worth of $51 million, with Netflix contributing up to two-thirds of his earnings.
Apart from these, Cristiano Ronaldo, the famous footballer, bagged a fourth place at $105 million. He became the first team player to earn over $1 billion during his career and Lionel Messi followed him in the fifth position.
All in all, the Forbes list of highest-paid celebrities mentioned the most famous personalities, however, regardless of fame, Kylie Jenner managed to top the list with her earnings!
