INDECENT And QUITE BOLD! What Osman Khalid Butt Has To Say About It.

PEMRA (Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority) has issued a blanket statement prompting all entertainment channels to deliver show content mindfully.

The announcement, which was discharged Monday night deemed the industry as ‘deteriorating, indecent and not depicting the true picture of Pakistan.’

PEMRA has also stated, “Viewers are of the opinion that dramas are not depicting the true picture of Pakistani society. Indecent scenes//dialogues/extramarital relations, violence and exploitation are being glamourized ignoring ethical bindings of Pakistani society as well as PEMRA laws.”

But this is not the first time PEMRA has labelled entertainment content “immoral” and indecent”.

Osman Khalid Butt, however, is having none of it.

Nonetheless, he appropriately called attention to that before PEMRA prohibited HUM TV’s hit drama ‘Udaari’, a show that denounced youngster sexual manhandle in Pakistan. He further stated that such notices by PEMRA only discourage content diversification on Pakistani TV.

A Twitter user, Ghayyoor ul Haq agreed with Pemra’s concerns and responded to the 32-year-old actor.

To which Osman Ali Butt replied, ” “It made you uncomfortable? Good.”

The Balu Mahi hero did not modest far from indulging in a heated discussion with everyone who was agreeing with PEMRA.

One of the social media users, agreeing with Osman, joked,

Trolling his trolls, Butt is on a mission to silence his haters once and for all!
