Noor Mukadam murder case- Court Rejects Bail Plea of Zahir Jaffer’s parents
Islamabad- Judge rejected the bail pleas of Zahir Jaffers parents, in the horrific murder of Noor Mukadam case on thursday.
Judge Muhammad Sohail’s judgement on the bail application of Zahir Jaffer’s parents from a day ago was announced today. After hearing the dispute between both parties, the court decided to reject their bail pleas.
The prosecution stated that Zahir Jaffer was in constant contact with both parents during the murder. Although the parents were aware of the incident in some form, they chose not to inform the police. Since they did not inform any authorities about Zahir’s crime, this is an attempt to hide evidence. Trying to save their son from such a cruel act is a sign of deception.
Earlier Zahirs parents had appealed for a bail stating that they had no information or had any idea of what had happened. The parents also stated that they stand with the victims family.
The public prosecutor demanded that their bail pleas must be rejected effected immediately, as they had phone records, CCTV and DVR footage as evidence against the suspects parents.

An employee had called them during the incident, but instead of sending the proper authorities, they sent employees of a rehabilitation centre, the judge stated that this was another form of concealing evidence and an attempt to protect their son. The pistol was also in the name of Zakir Jaffer and was recovered at the scene.
As of now the parents of Zahir Jaffer are imprisoned in Adyala Jail on judicial demand.
This appalling case of Noor Mukadam caused indignation throughout the country. People were angry that this case wasnt already closed. Thousands of people wanted this case to end with Zahir and all the other culprits behind bars.
