PIA Air Hostess Goes Missing Internationally

PIA has its wings over almost all of the world and there are people who take advantage of this and of their job.

Just today a news came in, when a women, Shazia, went missing from her hotel in Paris. But guess what? She wasn’t kidnapped or taken captive, rather she fled with her very own will. The flight that took off from Lahore, yesterday, landed in Paris. Due to the long flights, attendants are given some time to relax, and this was Shazia’s chance to escape and run away to Belgium. The officer was however courteous enough to leave back her resignation letter, that was later found by her colleagues who, in the first place, informed the airline administration.

It is not the first time something like this has happened. Last year only, a flight attendant had gone missing in Canada who, however was traced later, was involved in smuggling phones and foreign currencies. She had been suspended because of the allegations, which were later proved true, hence she fled to Canada to seek asylum.

PIA should be looking in to the matter by now, but if such cases are happening repetitively, there should be a thorough investigation before they hire people and an annual checkup is also important, because after all, who knows?
