PSHRM Presents “Best Place To Work Awards 2021”
The awards are set to highlight and celebrate some of the best places to work in the country this year.
Tomorrow marks another edition of the Best Place To Work Awards 2021. Established in 2008, the event seeks to highlight the best work places in the country.
The event is powered by Engage Consulting, one of the top business management consultants in the country.
The basis on which this award is given relies on four factors. The first is how much the work place creates a sense of belonging among the workers. The second is how a business can get all the employees behind its objectives and goals. The third is the engagement and productivity levels of the employees and the business itself. The fourth is how committed the employees are to the organization itself.
Overall there are a record 160 companies from across Pakistan participating in the study. All with the aim of gaining the accolade of best work place in 2021.
To indicate the diversity of participants, they come from 16 different industries across the country.
Other awards that the companies are vying for include Best in Industry Awards, Best of the Best Company in 2021 and Most Preferred Employer Awards.
The chief guest at the event will be Irfan Siddiqui, President of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also the founding President and CEO of Meezan Bank.
Speakers at the event will include Zia Mohyeddin, President and CEO of NAPA and Iffat Zafar, COO of Sehat Kahani. There will also be a live performance by Zoe Viccaji.
