The latest update in regards to the PSL tickets purchase has been released today, dated 4th March. According to the PCB, reassurance has been provided to all ticket holders.
Refund requests have been addressed for all the Lahore Leg matches which have been now shifted to Karachi. Refunds will be aptly provided for the face value of all the tickets according to a recent statement,

For all the buyers who purchased their tickets through the Yayvo website, transactions which were made through debit and credit cards will be reversed.
TCS centers
All tickets which were physically purchased will be refunded by March 18th. The specified TCS centers through which refund will be available are to be highlighted soon.
Ticket Purchase
The ticket for matches which are being held in Karachi as per schedule will still remain valid.The 7th march PSL tickets are also valid for the 11TH March Doubleheader-keep in mind,15% of tickets are left available at cost price whilst 85% of the tickets have been sold Tickets for the March 9th and 14th matches will be made available soon.
