The smell of the fragrance is described as "costal walks".

The announcement of Queen Elizabeth’s dog fragrance has perplexed many around the world.

The 95 year old British monarch has launched her very own fragrance for dogs titled “Happy Hounds Dog Cologne”.

According to reports, “Happy Hounds Dog Cologne” has a rich and musky scent with citrus notes of bergamot.

The report also suggests that Queen Elizabeth’s dog fragrance can be used on both males and females. It will be sold for 9.99 pounds at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk.

The Estate also sells gift boxes containing toys and grooming items for dogs. These include a dog shampoo, a squeaky toy and game bones.

The news of Queen Elizabeth’s dog fragrance while surprising for some, is totally unsurprising for others.

For those who follow the royal family, many are aware of Queen Elizabeth’s love for dogs. She has owned corgis and dorgis (a crossbreed between a dachshund and a corgi) throughout her life.

Currently, Queen Elizabeth has two dogs; a dorgi named Muick and a corgi named Candy. The Queen had lost two dogs last year, both dorgis named Fergus and Vulcan respectively.
