Sanjay Dutt is Cancer-Free
Sanjay Dutt has shared a statement on Instagram saying that he has beaten cancer. The actor was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in August.
Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt announced that he has been successful in his battle against cancer. He took to Instagram to share the heartwarming news with his fans that he has ‘come out victorious from this battle.’
Sanjay Dutt wrote “The last few weeks were a very difficult time for my family and me. But like they say, God gives the hardest battles to his strongest soldiers. And today, on the occasion of my kids’ birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can — the health and well-being of our family.”
With gratitude, Dutt added, “This wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering faith and support from all of you. I am eternally grateful to my family, friends and all the fans who have stood by me.”
Back in August, Dutt was hospitalised after suffering from breathlessness. Had announced on social media that he was taking a break from work for medical reasons. Shortly after, he confirmed that he had been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer.
