SMAP Signs Agreements with England, Australia
According to these agreements, the English and Australian counterparts will teach their modules to people who are interested and will issue certificates.
Sports Medicine Association of Pakistan (SMAP) announced that they have signed agreements with their counterparts in Australia and England. According to these agreements, the English and Australian counterparts will teach their modules to people who are interested and will issue certificates.
Dr Ucksy Mallick, the SMAP President and the Executive Committee Member of Asian Federation of Sports Medicine (AFSM), stated that it is much cheaper to provide foreign certification at home under expert guidance, rather than foreign travelling.
“This is a big success and will yield fruitful results in the days to come,” Dr Ucksy Mallick stated when asked about the new agreements.
SMAP was founded by the late Dr Nishat Mallick in 1989. Dr Nishat was a MQM parliamentarian, along with being the President of AFSM. SMAP has organised two regional conferences in Karachi since its founding.
We hope that the SMAP’s agreement with its counterparts in Australia and England leads to more success in the field of sports medicine in Pakistan.
