So Bowl Cuts are Making a Comeback
Remember the Bowl haircut your mom gave you? Yeah its back.
I’m sure every kid has gone through a phase where mother dearest, the hairstylist gave them the Bowl cut. And you may hide your pictures all you want, and not want to admit it, but you know you had one.
Particularly us desi kids, some of us ended up looking like Salman Khan from Tere naam. Sad but its okay, we still rocked it – somewhat.
Each year brings with it plenty of fashion statements, some old some new. And 2019 brought back the infamous haircut of your childhood; the Bowl cut.
It all started when Charlize Theron took to Instagram to debut this haircut, along with the announcement that she will be returning for the 9th installment of the Fast and Furious franchise.
Frankly speaking, I think she’s the only person on this planet who can pull off this cut.
And actress January Jones thinks the same. She commented on Theron’s picture saying:
“This hair is next level good. But would only look good on you *heart emoji*”
But regardless, other celebrities have embraced the Bowl cut too. Two celebs to follow Theron’s footsteps are Timothee Chalamet and Celine Dion.
