Yasir Nawaz Announced First Ever Sindhi Commercial Film
Yasir Nawaz announced a project on Sindhi Cultural Day, on the 5th of November. He said that the film is Sindhi Commercial Film, with Noor ul Huda Shah.
Yesterday on Sindhi Cultural Day, which was celebrated on Sunday 5th of December, filmmaker Yasir Nawaz made an announcement of creating a Sindhi film, in the native language of Sindh.
Yasir Nawaz also hinted at working on the film with the short story writer and infamous dramatist Noor ul Huda Shah. He said they have been discussing this movie project for quite a while now and finally have started working on it.
Yasir Nawaz also said “[We contemplated] what kind of a movie it should be. We finally decided to work on a script and thought that the film should be purely commercial. We’ve just started working on the script and the shooting will also start soon.”
Nawaz has an impressive resume especially with his successful film Wrong no. 1 featuring Danish Taimoor and many other successful names like Javed Sheikh and Wrong no. 2 featuring Sami Khan, Neelum Munir, and other highly rated actors and actresses of the Pakistani industry.
Not just Yasir Nawaz but Noor ul Huda Shah also have an impressive portfolio with Sammi and Ishq-e-Gumshuda, Marvi, Faaslay, and Tapish on the list. And she is very well-known in Sindh for her Sindhi plays and poetry. She was also a caretaker information minister.
He broke this news on social media amidst the Sindhi Cultural Day Celebration which was on the rise in the province of Sindh.
Yasir Nawaz is known for his unique movie genre and style. In 2020, he worked with his wife Nida Yasir on a murder thriller called Chakkar.
