Through a letter sent by the Balochistan Health Secretary to the Chief Secretary, it can be determined that 13 doctors from different hospitals of Quetta were asked to join duty at the quarantine centre, but they have been bunking off even after a week. They were assigned their duties on March 8th, but the in-charge of the centre reported that the joining reports have not been submitted as of yet.

Moreover, the letter proposed that disciplinary action should be taken against the 13 doctors who bunked, under the Balochistan Employees Deficiency and Discipline Act, 2011, and show-cause notices should be served to them.

What are the recent developments in Balochistan?
