Stemming from the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, leaving people confined within the four walls of their households in fear, Alkaram aims to start anew. The roots of this new collection are sown in owing to the ideologies of hope, revival, finding a common ground, healing, and exploration in a world of endless possibilities.
To bring more attention to their new collection, Alkaram has used renowned actress and model, Maya Ali as the face of the collection. Maya poses with her elegant and exotic face whilst serving and owing to the authentic realness of the collection’s theme.
Alkaram aims to look towards the beautiful and serene nature to bring forth balance and equilibrium, instilling a sensation of tranquillity. As the models strut down a ramp amidst a lush green forest with open green fields, under the wide expansive blue skies and the crashing waves of the sea, setting the mood for the Spring/Summer 2021 Unstitched Collection. Each landscape serves to deliver the mission and the philosophy behind Alkaram’s new line. Breaking away from the conventional clothing and meshing together to create an interminable harmony, the philosophy directs us towards the strength to move forward.
