Aamir Liaquat Apologizes for Insensitive Comments

Aamir Liaquat made some insensitive remarks following Irrfan Khan's death during a live show. However, he has apologized and realized his mistake.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain is a very popular personality during Ramadan. He has hosted many Ramadan transmissions and his work is commendable as he can single-handedly keep the whole audience entertained. However, he made some insensitive remarks regarding death in his recent live show. Accompanying Aamir was Adnan Siddiqui, who handled the situation really well.

The snippet of that show has been going viral all over social media. He’s also been trending on Twitter ever since and people are outraged. He talked about late Irrfan Khan and Sri Devi in an insensitive and casual way which has put him under the spotlight yet again.

The good news is that Aamir Liaquat has realized his mistake, better late than never. Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Aamir Liaquat Hussain posted a video message claiming that he didn’t think over it during the show but realized he had made a mistake later on. He said he’s sorry and shouldn’t have made those remarks in the first place.

He also said that artists from our neighboring country are respectable and we should respect them, in the next clip he said some good things too which were not shown to the audience. Only half part was shown. He mentions that he’s extremely sorry for his words and the one who asks for forgiveness is a bigger person.

Well, it’s good that he apologized later on if not right away. It shows that he realized where he was wrong and he shouldn’t have said that.
