Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey to Perform Live From Home

As the situation is getting a bit out of hands in the US, orders of shutdown and stay-at-home have been implemented. People are encouraged to stay home and not roam around unnecessarily. During these tough times, many celebrities have united to spread awareness and also take part in fundraising events to fight against covid-19. Billie Eilish and Mariah Carey are a few of many who are playing their part during the pandemic outbreak.

Billie Eilish, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Backstreet Boys, and Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong will be performing live from their homes in a one-hour long broadcast on Fox and iHeart radio. The “IHeart Living Room Concert for America” is a way of encouraging people to stay home and also to raise funds for two charities called Feeding America and the First Responders Children’s Foundation.

All these singers will be performing from their home which means they’ll have to record from their phones or any other equipment of their preference. Coronavirus has affected many parts in the world and this is just a small part that Billie Eilish and many others are playing that will help in fighting against coronavirus.

Many celebrities in Pakistan are also going live from their homes on Instagram to chat with their fans, asnwer questions or just sing and have a great time. Some of these celebrities are Ayesha Omar, who was taking in fans and splitting screens to talk to them. Others like Hareem Farooq and Abdullah Qureshi came like together where Abdullah sang for the audience. Faiza Saleem shared stories while cooking in her kitchen and entertaining her followers.
