Wings, Cleaned And Pat Dry 1 Kilogram
Corn Flour ½ Cup
For Coating Batter
All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Paprika 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Water as Needed
Oil For Deep Frying
For Buttermilk
Milk 1 Cup
White Vinegar 2 Tablespoons
For Sour Cream
Cream ½ Cup
Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons
For Ranch Sauce
Mayonnaise 1 Cup
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Sour Cream 1 Cup
Buttermilk 1 Cup
Parsley, Chopped 1 – 2 Tablespoons
For Wedges
Potato, Wedges 3 – 4
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
For Buffalo Sauce
Butter 2 – 3 Tablespoons
Chilli Sauce ½ Cup
Ground Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon
Garlic Powder ½ Tablespoon
How To Make the Buffalo Wings
- In a bowl, thoroughly coat the chicken wings with half a cup of corn flour; set aside to dry for ten minutes.
- To make buttermilk, whisk together the milk and vinegar, and set aside for eight minutes.
- To make sour cream, whisk together milk and lemon juice, and let aside for eight minutes.
- To make ranch sauce, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, parsley, chilli garlic powder, ground black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Blend thoroughly.
- In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, paprika, ground black pepper, onion powder, and chilli garlic powder. Include water and stir to form a batter.
- Apply batter to the wings. Coated wings are fried in hot oil in a deep saucepan till golden brown.
- For the potato wedges, toss them in a mixture of powdered black pepper and salt until thoroughly coated.
- In a deep skillet with heated oil, cook potatoes till golden brown and crisp.
- In an adequate-sized saucepan, melt butter, add chilli sauce, and mix thoroughly.
- Add the chilli garlic powder, salt, and powdered black pepper and mix.
- Add the prepared wings and stir to ensure they are evenly covered.
- Present and Savour!
