Car Rammed Into Masjid-al-Haram

Footage of a car ramming into door 89 of the Grand Mosque in Mecca (Masjid al-Haram) went viral on social media. The driver has been arrested.

On the night of October 30, a driver rammed his car into the outer premises of the Grand Mosque, Masjid-al-Haram in Mecca. There were no casualties reported by the authorities in Saudi Arabia.

The viral video footage showed the driver, rushing his car, smashing past the barriers placed in the outer courtyard of Masjid-al-Haram.
