Domino’s chose to inspire others by featuring its own female workforce in its advertisement for Women’s day. Their new ad campaign for International Women’s Day focuses on gender equality and equal rights for women. The idea behind Dominos’s ad was to appreciate and support their female workers as recognition starts from home. The idea behind the ad is to bring to attention on how women play an important role in every responsibility. People assume that a woman can either teach or work a desk job but Dominos aims to promote gender equality in its ad on Women’s day.

The ad focuses on the story of three of dominos’ most prominent female employees, who have made their way up to the top of the branch, as the first female restaurant manager, best pizza maker, and quality assurance lead highlighting that women are capable of doing anything and fulfilling every responsibility that they are given.

At Domino’s only one thing matters, if you’re willing to be great! We believe in gender equality and equal opportunity for all. This Women’s Day let’s celebrate the women of Domino’s who work extensively to make sure you always get the perfect pizza.
#ChooseToChallenge #HappyWomensDay #GreatnessByDominos

Domino’s ad is a small tribute to encourage all the women out there that they can be successful in every responsibility that is assigned to them. It aims to bring in the profound wave of gender equality and gender parity amongst our society.
