Cosmetics is a fundamental part of our lives. It could be our most loved shade of lipstick, the manner in which we line our eyes or feature our cheekbones – it’s an everyday thing.
The Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has taken this ordinary custom forward and together with Lakmé, propelled her first ever cosmetics collection with Lakmé Absolute, Kareena Kapoor Khan Lakmé Absolute’.
The Lakmé Absolute line has the theme “Shades of a Diva” and this line includes items, for example, a lip liner, face and cheek contour, lipstick, eye definer, brow definer, and mascara. This line is exceptionally individual – each shade of lipstick reflects parts of her identity – every item is made remembering a touch of Kareena – this range is intense, lovely and oh-so Bebo.
Khan was already the brand ambassador for Lakme’ thus this is further expansion to her works with the brand.
“This has always been on my wish-list. It’s been my most personal projects this year,” Khan said. Additionally adding to it, she said “The inspiration behind my collection was the idea that there are different shades of me: The glamorous showstopper; the edgy cover girl; the chic fashionista; or, you know, the fun-loving Bebo.”
