Lady Gaga Becomes The Latest Celebrity To A Launch Makeup Brand
The pop star singer Lady Gaga made all her fans happy when she released a video on her Instagram with the message of her new and upcoming beauty line, Haus Laboratories, reportedly to be sold in September in 9 countries on Amazon.
This deal means her first business venture with a global outreach. On asking why she chose Amazon she responded that companies would have wanted her to change the brand ideology to fit in the corporate image.
She dropped the news in an interview with the Business Of Fashion along with a video encouraging people to embrace their own ideas and standards of beauty. The three initial products will include multi use color for cheeks, eyes and lips in six shade families. A kit including all three will sell fro $49.
She starts the video with saying that the last thing the world needs, is another beauty brand. But that’s too bad. For Haus Laboratories, Beauty is how you see yourself not how others see you. She adds saying, “We want you to love yourself”.
In another post Gaga also spoke about her struggles in the past of not being able to feel beautiful. she talks about discovering the art and power of makeup and getting inspired from it. Makeup gave her strength and confidence empowering her in multiple ways. This made her who she is today.
