Malala Yousafzai has graduated from Oxford University, and is taking a part in Dear Class of 2020, with celebrities like Beyonce and Michelle Obama.
The youngest Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai has graduated from Oxford University. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the graduation ceremony was done virtually. Malala is also taking a part in YouTube Original’s Dear Class of 2020, with celebrities like Beyonce and Michelle Obama.
What is Dear Class of 2020?
Dear Class of 2020 is a virtual commencement event, airing on June 6th on YouTube. The multi-hour event will feature celebrity commencement speakers, performances, special guests. This celebration is for everyone in the Class of 2020, High School, College and University.

In her message, the Oxford Graduate stated:
“Don’t be defined by what you lose in this crisis but by how you respond to it. You have gained your education, now it’s time that you go out and use it for the betterment of the world. Congratulations to the class of 2020.”
