McDelivery: Woman gives birth in McDonalds parking
A woman gave birth in a McDonalds parking lot.
An Australian woman gave birth in a McDonalds parking while she was there and right after that ordered a Quarter Pounder. Her water broke during her visit to McDonalds where an ambulance was called later on.
Licensee Ainsley Shillington told Daily Mail Australia:
During our lunch rush, he asked for an order for his wife who was delivering a baby in the car park.
She further added:
We served the customer as quickly as possible with drinks and a dinner box and he proceeded on his way. The crew at the time was quite concerned.
The staff was stunned to hear about this very unusual situation as they had never seen something like this happen right there in their own parking lot. They quickly prepared their order and handed it to the woman’s husband who came in to place the order.
The mother of the new born had specifically requested for a ‘quarter pounder’ which she enjoyed while waiting for the ambulance. The ambulance arrived and the couple was taken to a nearby hospital where they received treatment.
