DG ISPR was quite clear when he told the world he will surprise India. And no doubt, it was quite surprising for Indians, just when both the planes were shot down by Pakistan Air Force today morning, in Azad Kashmir and Indian occupied Kashmir respectively.

According to the sources, two pilots have been caught, one being severely injured and is being treated in CMH whereas the other being held under custody, while the rest have been killed in this attack. Indian Pilot who has been caught, acknowledged himself as Abhinandan, who is the Wing-Commander for Indian Air Force. Pakistan took this action only in self-defense, and did not initiate the attack. This is what Major General Ghafoor had to say.
In response to PAF strikes this morning as released by MoFA, IAF crossed LOC. PAF shot down two Indian aircrafts inside Pakistani airspace. One of the aircraft fell inside AJ&K while other fell inside IOK. One Indian pilot arrested by troops on ground while two in the area.

Furthermore, all the flights to and fro Pakistan have been cancelled, until Pakistan and India come to an end of this not so wanted war.

Pakistan is seeking for peace, unlike India, which is constantly engaging it’s self with PAF and Pakistan Army, who would, of course retaliate in case of any intrusion. Last but not the least, it is still not confirmed, but, we are proud of the PAF Pilot who brought down both of these planes.
