Last March, Netflix announced that ‘You’  would be returning for its fifth and final season, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the ultimate resolution of Joe Goldberg’s story. With the series’ renewal coming on the heels of the gripping events of its fourth season, which saw Joe navigating a new life abroad while grappling with his murderous impulses, anticipation for the final chapter is at an all-time high.

As speculation mounts about the fate of Joe Goldberg in the upcoming season, Badgley hinted at the possibility of a grand finale that will bring the series to a fitting conclusion. “I know what [showrunner] Greg [Berlanti] pitched me a few years back as what he thought was the right way to end,” Badgley revealed. “If there’s another one, it’s going to be, I think, a grand finale.”
