Rowtisserie: Here Is How Our Experience Went

Over the weekend, we visited Rowtisserie and having heard a lot about it, we were excited to give it a go. We went to the Dolmen Mall Clifton outlet and since it was the weekend, it was pretty packed. The ambiance was quite nice and open with natural sunlight pouring on the tables. We would rate it 3.5/5.

We ordered French Fries from the starter menu and went for the Chicken Ala Kiev and Rowtisserie Chicken Panini for the mains.

When our food arrived on the table, it looked pretty appetizing and we dived in instantly. Let’s talk about the Chicken Ala Kiev first; it was two deep fried chicken fillets served on a bed of mashed potatoes with green beans on the side.

When we cut into the chicken, melted garlic butter poured out. The chicken inside was juicy and succulent and the garlic butter added some taste to the dish (although we would have preferred a bit of that). The coating on the chicken was super thick, which we were not a big fan of. The mashed potatoes and green beans both were quite bland and lacked seasoning. Overall, we would rate this dish 3/5.

Now let’s talk about the Rowtisserie Chicken Panini. The bread was nice and soft and was filled with succulent chicken pieces and caramelized onions (which we really loved). There was also a bit of honey sauce inside but we wish there was more of it. The Panini was served with baked baby potatoes, but we would have proffered some crispy fries. Overall, this dish was 4/5.

We have heard a lot about their grilled chicken which we didn’t get to try, so expect us to be back soon to give that a go.
