Sushant Singh Rajput’s Dil Bechara Trailer Breaks Record on YouTube
Not only did the Dil Bechara trailer broken Avengers: Endgame trailer record by hitting the 21 million views mark in just 16 hours, it has also left both Endgame and Infinity War trailers behind in terms of likes at 8.7 million.
Dil Bechara, starring Sushant Singh Rajput, had released its trailer 3 days ago (on July 6) and since then it has broken the record held by Avengers: Endgame as the Bollywood movie crossed the 21 million views mark in just 16 hours on YouTube!
Sushant Singh Rajput will be playing the role of Immanuel Rajkumar Junior or ‘Manny,’ with Sanjana Sanghi, who is playing the role of Kizie Basu, in this official remake of The Fault in Our Stars, a novel by John Green. The movie also stars Saif Ali Khan in an important role. Dil Bechara is the second movie that is based on the novel, as Hollywood had released a movie with the same name as the novel back in 2014 starring Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley.
The movie is situated around Manny, who is a cancer survivor, and Kinzie, who is a recently diagnosed cancer patient. We will see Sushant and Sanjana bring life to the characters, and we will see Manny make Kinzie’s life much more brighter and optimistic.
Not only has Dil Bechara trailer broken the record of the Avengers: Endgame trailer by hitting the 21 million views mark in just 16 hours, but it has also left the latter far behind in the likes department on YouTube! While the first trailer of the Avengers: Endgame had 3.2 million likes and the second trailer had 2.9 million likes, the Dil Bechara trailer has crossed 8.7 million likes!! Even the Avengers: Infinity War trailer did not garner as many likes – 3.6 million.
The movie may be heartbreaking for fans to watch due to the untimely death of the actor and the fact that this is the last time he will appear in a new movie. Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide on June 14, and it has been speculated that it may be due to Bollywood’s inherent nepotism and how toxic the environment is for outsiders. While it is his final film, it is the debut film for Sanjana Sanghi.
