Teefa In Trouble: Verdicts Out!

Ali Zafar’s Pakistani debut and Maya Ali’s first film debut: Teefa in Trouble, our detailed review is out!

The upsides of the movie:

The film kicks off with a comedy scene and further leads to touchy emotional moments as well, living up to its genre of melodrama; it delivers just that.

The glimpses of the mother-son bond we see between Teefa and his mother, warms our heart to the core, how he is willing to go to great lengths just to see his mother smile, which she deters him from his illegal ways of earning money.

The movie is Packed with punch lines.

Ali Zafar has already proven himself to be an exceptional artist, whether it be singing or acting-done previously in Bollywood films.

Another plus point of this movie was the catchy songs which had us grooving to their beat.

Ahsan Rahim deserves special credit for his Direction in the movie.

The cinematography is also a commendable aspect of the movie, which makes it a worthwhile watch.

Javed Shiekh and Mehmood Aslam’s tiff is one of the heartiest moments of the film

The downsides of the movie:

Some sequences of the film were a bit dragged; such as the action scenes in specific such as when Teefa(Ali Zafar) makes his introduction as he gets a call from Butt Sahab(Mehmood Aslam) and initiates a fight with goons which is a tad bit far-fetched.

The lead actress, Maya Ali’s acting has room for improvement, though at certain places she grabbed the crowd.

The story-line was quite cliche guy helps out a girl in eloping with another man, and they fall hopelessly in love with one another.
