Veteran actor Rasheed Naz has passed away at the age of 73
The actor had been battling several health issues
Veteran actor Rasheed Naz has sadly passed away at the age of 73. According to his family, the actor passed away on Monday morning.
His family said that Rasheed Naz passed away after spending several years trying to battle several health issues. According to his son, the funeral will take place today in Peshawar.
Rasheed Naz made his beginning in entertainment by starring in a wide range of Pashto TV shows. He then transitioned into Urdu entertainment and starred in several notable dramas.
These include Khuda Zameen Se Gaya Nahin, Inkaar, Ghulam, Gardish and Doosra Asmaan. Rasheed Naz has also appeared in several blockbuster movies such as Khuda Ke Liye and Verna. In addition, he has also starred in several plays in Urdu, Pashto and Hindko.
Several celebrities from the fraternity have expressed their grief over the sad demise of the veteran actor. These include the likes of Omair Rana, Hira Mani and Mawra Hocane.
