The TikTok viral no-bake cheesecake left fans intrigued and wanting to try it at home. But everything which looks good doesn’t necessarily taste good, but this does. Just looking at it makes me wanna try it. This cheesecake contains all the goodness of cream cheese, crackers and KitKat.
Tools You Will Need
- A chopper or food processor
- Springform pan
- Zigzag Knife
Ingredients
Crust
- 38 Kit Kat fingers (4 fingers per package)
- 22 whole graham crackers
- 2/3 cup melted unsalted butter
Filling
- 2 packages 8-ounce softened cream cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
Topping
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 8 Kit Kat fingers
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

How To Make It
Step 1: Chop the graham cracker in a chopper or food processor into fine crumbs
Step 2: Add in melted butter while the machine is chopping the crackers
Step 3: Ideally in a nine-inch pan prep it with wax or parchment paper
Step 4: Line the pan with KitKats standing up and facing out
Step 5: Add the graham cracker mixture at the base and press it down for a firm base
Step 6: Keep your mixing bowl in the freezer and after 10 minutes add two cups of heavy cream to the mixing bowl and whip at a high pace
Step 7: Cover the pan with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for 5 hours
Step 8: Add the filling to the pan and make it smooth
Step 9: Heat half a cup of cream cheese and chocolate chips to it and mix until blended together completely
Step 10: Add this mixture to the pan after it has chilled in the refrigerator for 5 hours
Step 11: Chop 6 to 8 finger KitKats with a knife
Step 12: Add the chopped bits to pan in as a topping
