Furthermore, Dana White, UFC President, has talked about how much he appreciates Conor McGregor even though their relationship was off to a complicated end, they have managed to get back on track White further mentioned that how he knows McGregor the best, and he’s probably in the best form to fight right now in UFC 257.

“The way this kid is right now, mentally, physically, emotionally, this kid is on and ready to fight,” White said. “I would love to see him focus on what he can do here in the UFC 257, whether that takes another shot at the title against Khabib or fight for the title against somebody else if Khabib retires and defend that title.”

While Dustin may have lost to Conor in 2014, he has managed to improve considerably. He has proved himself to be an excellent lightweight player, including a brief sentence as interim champion with a victory over Max Holloway. Poirier has been on an all-time high ever since, with several wins under his belt and one loss against Khabib Nurmagomedov. We personally cannot wait to witness the greatness in the octagon with Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier in UFC 257 battling out in Abu Dhabi!

Even though the UFC management has announced that a limited number of spectators will be allowed into the arena, it will probably not be hosting full capacity keeping in mind COVID-19 SOPs and precautions.
