You’d think solo shows during Fashion Week wouldn’t be that amazing but Sana Safinaz proved that theory wrong by killing it at FPW Day 1 spring/summer 2019! From the décor to the collection; everything was pure perfection.
We saw many familiar faces at the red carpet like: Manahyl, Nikhr Riaz, Nausheen Shah and more!
The show kicked off with a beautiful semi-formal collection with a 70’s vibe going on with the hairstyle and accessories. This immediately captured the crowds attention and was a great way to start off with a bang. We saw a lot of dark hues in the first collection; maroons, mustard, brown, magenta, rust and gold.
The second collection had the crowd holding their breath! It started off with a stunning grey bridal dress featuring the most beautiful veil and tail. As she walked down the runway, the crowd watched closely and erupted in a round of applause.
The dresses that followed the opening one all featured the color grey with pastels mixed into them. We witnessed a lot of loose silhouettes and backless detailing throughout the entire collection.
The second collection had the crowd awestruck and we totally understand why. Everything was breathtakingly beautiful. Some colors that we saw were: blush pink, pistachio green and grey. Even the men came out wearing shades of grey.
FPW Day 1 was a great start to the spring/summer 19 fashion show and we can’t wait to see what the other 2 days hold!
