It is Time US Stops Playing Games with Iran
Iran and US and old foes who probably won't ever turn to be friends. The two engaged themselves in the sea, and the Presidents aren't happy about it.
Iran and the United States, are the two countries, that might never come at peace with one another. Where one has an interest in the other country, as much as he fears it, there the other country has to defend its own country. And Iran has been doing that quite well. But obviously, for a superpower, that is not easy to believe. Moreover, to accept as a fact that Iranians can defend themselves. The war, the skirmishes have been going on for a long time, which escalated after Trump withdrew from Iran’s Nuclear Deal.
Since then, the two have been engaged in something or other. Recently, on 15th April, around 11 Boats from Iran harassed US Navy Ship in the Persian Sea. To counter this, US President Donald Trump Tweeted, saying :
I have instructed the United States Navy to shoot down and destroy any and all Iranian gunboats if they harass our ships at sea.

To this, President of Iran, Hasan Rouhani replied saying, that “the US should know that this Gulf is known as the Persian Gulf.” “It is not known as the New York Gulf or Washington Gulf”
“They must understand the situation by that name and by the coastal nation that has protected this waterway for thousands of years,” Rouhani said in a televised address during a cabinet meeting. “They should not plot against the Iranian nation every day.
According to the Iranians, the Persians have always guarded the Persian Gulf. And they will continue to do so in the coming future too. It is better, in my opinion, for the US to not meddle with Iran in the Persian Gulf. The war which is at a halt, for now, a bit due to the COVID-19 outbreak, might ignite out. And that would not be good for either of the countries.
